The History

Our Windmill Inn Products originated in the kitchen of a small town family owned restaurant in Seneca, Kansas.

We began utilizing the mix of savoury seasonings and spices in the restaurant in 1978.  We then went on to put

it on the market in October of 1985.  We began selling (and are continuing to sell) at local grocery stores.  As

time went on, and sales continued to increase, we broadened our sales region to surrounding cities.  We now have

a nationwide phone order customer base and, with the assistance of this website, are taking our sales to the next level.
